IIS Service Unavailable

I'm getting message " IIS Service Unavailable" when i running IIS 6 service on MS Windows Server 2003 R2

I'm getting message " IIS Service Unavailable" when i running IIS 6 service on MS Windows Server 2003 R2

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{A9E69610-B80D-11D0-B9B9-00A0C922E750}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20). This security
permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

CAUSE

This {A9E69610-B80D-11D0-B9B9-00A0C922E750} is referring to the IIS Admin
Service.

SOLUTION
1. Open Components Services:
%Systemroot%\system32\com\comexp.msc

2. Following this path:
Components Services\Computers\My computers\DCom Config\IIS Admin Service

3. Right click and chose "Options" then "Security" tab.

4. Chose "customize" in "Launch and Activation Permission" >> Add IS_WPG user.

5. Set full Permission for this user.
6. Restart IIS and take effect.
